Request a Written Offer
Send a short note about the house and your situation. We will reply, include the other owner, and keep everything in writing.
- One written offer for both owners
- Sold as it stands, no repairs or cleaning
- No agent commission on a direct sale
- Closing date chosen by the two of you
- A Nevada-local buyer
Starting the conversation
Either spouse can send us a request using the form on this page. Tell us the property address, whether both of you are open to selling, and the best way to reach the other owner or their attorney. Asking costs nothing and commits neither of you to anything.
What we will do next
We reply to the person who wrote, then reach out to the other owner so both of you hear from us directly. Any offer goes to both spouses in writing.
If you have an attorney or mediator
Mention it in your message and we can send documents straight to them. We do not ask either spouse to sign before counsel has reviewed the paperwork.
A few details help us respond usefully: who is on title, whether a divorce case is open, whether either of you has moved out, and any date that matters, such as a hearing or a lease ending. Leave out account numbers and court filings for now. If writing to us feels premature because the two of you have not talked about selling yet, it is perfectly reasonable to wait until you have.
If you are not sure yet
That is fine. Our common questions about selling during a divorce may answer what you need, and the outline of our selling steps shows what would happen if you go ahead.

A few practical notes

Discretion
We do not put signs in yards or post listings, and we use what you share only to respond about your property. Details are in our privacy policy. Personal remarks about the other spouse stay with us and are never passed along.
Where we buy
We purchase marital homes in Henderson, North Las Vegas, Las Vegas itself and nearby parts of Clark County. You can browse the neighborhoods we serve or the divorce situations we handle. If you would like to know more about us before writing, our notes on who we are and how we operate are short.
